Do I have to upload the staff list?

No. Parsing, column matching, layout, imposition and PDF generation all run in your browser; close the page and nothing is left on a server.

How many cards can one run make?

100 people per run. For more, export two batches: layout and colour ids are shared, so the geometry matches exactly.

Is each person's QR separate?

Yes. Each QR is generated from that row, and scans to that colleague's vCard — never one code for the whole batch.

Can the batch PDF go straight to a printer?

Yes. A4 landscape fits 6 cards (2×3) of 90×54 with 3mm bleed, neighbours share a cut line, fronts are imposed before backs, and each sheet's footer states which sheet and how many cards.

What to tell the printer:Fronts come first, backs after; each sheet's footer says “sheet n / m cards”, so double-sided is just pairing sheets.

Exactly the right count:Imposed 6 per sheet, neighbours share a cut line, bleed stays on each side, and the trimmed result is 90×54mm · 3mm bleed all round.

Rare characters:If a name uses a character outside the common set, the export switches to the full font automatically.

Why not “upload it and process in the cloud”

The list is full of colleagues' phone numbers and emails — upload it and it becomes someone else's database. Everything here is computed in your browser, and closing the page leaves nothing behind except the two files you downloaded.

The trade-off is a 100-person limit and no cross-device sync. For more, export two batches — the layout and colours use the same ids, so they join up.
