These are the cards saved on this device. Nothing goes to a server and it isn't in browser sync — before you change devices or clear the cache, use Backup & restore to take everything with you, then load that file on the new device (choose whether photos come along; all of it is read and written on this device). To keep cards long-term, export the imposed PDF / SVG or send the share link to yourself.
