A card solves one problem: make them remember who you are and how to reach you in three seconds. The 29 layouts below are already set out the way Real-estate agent usually does it, with sample content in your industry's voice — edit and export.
Hairline left aligned Minimal whitespace
A 0.32mm hairline separates the name from the details, and it will not break on press.
90×54mm · 3mm bleed all round · 90×50mm · 3mm bleed all round · 85×55mm · 3mm bleed all round · 88.9×50.8mm (3.5×2in) · 3mm bleed on all four sides
Everything right aligned: handing over the card, the eye returns from the contact details at the bottom right to the name — which suits how it is held.
90×54mm · 3mm bleed all round · 90×50mm · 3mm bleed all round · 85×55mm · 3mm bleed all round · 88.9×50.8mm (3.5×2in) · 3mm bleed on all four sides
Three vertical columns of name and title, one centred code at the foot. This layout does not print the address — the address is inside that code (the vCard carries ADR), and portrait proportions cannot afford a three-line wrapped address.
Portrait contact back Vertical calling cardQR codeHas a back side
The front keeps only three vertical columns of name and title plus one seal; the back lists every contact detail down to the foot with a centred code — the front says who, the back says how to reach you.
Portrait photo band through the middle Vertical calling cardPhoto slot
A full-width photo runs through the middle of the portrait card, name and title above it and contact details below; the band steps back from the measured ink of both stacks and never rides over type.
Portrait scan card Vertical calling cardQR codeHas a back side
A large 20mm code centred on the front, name and title above and your one-liner plus contact details below — the address does not take the front, it lives in that code (the vCard carries ADR); the back lists everything item by item for whoever will not scan.
A full-height photo band on the left (bleeding off top and bottom), one full column of text on the right: name and title at the top, contact details pressed down line by line. Portrait proportions can afford an 18mm band — the same band on a landscape card is a narrow column that squeezes text into two lines.
Portrait photo with a code Vertical calling cardPhoto slotQR code
Full-width photo across the top (bleeding off left, right and top), name and title in the middle, contact details down to the foot, and along the bottom a seal on the left with a 15mm code on the right. The photo’s bottom edge is computed from the measured top of the text and never rides over type; the contact lines run full width, so the web address and the address both stay on paper (not wrapping to two lines is its bottom line).
A full-height photo band on the right (bleeding off right, top and bottom), name and contact details in the left half; the mirror of “Photo left, text right”, and steadier for long names.
90×54mm · 3mm bleed all round · 90×50mm · 3mm bleed all round · 85×55mm · 3mm bleed all round · 88.9×50.8mm (3.5×2in) · 3mm bleed on all four sides
A photo band across the top bleeding off three edges (its height steps back from the measured top of the name), the name left-aligned below with contact details following.
90×54mm · 3mm bleed all round · 90×50mm · 3mm bleed all round · 85×55mm · 3mm bleed all round · 88.9×50.8mm (3.5×2in) · 3mm bleed on all four sides
Portrait bilingual, both sides Chinese + EnglishQR codeChinese + EnglishHas a back side
The front is all Chinese; the back is all English with the QR code in the top right at the same size as the English name — flip the card and the code is what you see first, and it scans into the whole card (15mm box; when it cannot hold everything it automatically drops to name · phone · company, and preflight says which).
Every phone, email and web address here is placeholder sample content — it will not connect or deliver. Replace them with your own and the card is ready.
4 wording tips for Real-estate agent cards
Write the mobile as “call any time”. Viewing times are not yours to choose, and the property is gone during the ten minutes you hesitate.
List only the two areas you can actually cover: “west-city school districts” is far more believable than “every listing in Hangzhou”.
Give the office address with the intersection and the building: “Jinlan Rd corner · Zhiyu Property” is easier to find than a bare street name.
Print the agent registration number. Clients can look it up on the housing authority’s site, and it is the cheapest possible endorsement.
Before you print
The finished card is 90×54mm, the file 96×60mm (3mm bleed all round), text 3mm from the trim line, bitmaps 300dpi. Full spec in the size and bleed reference。
