A card solves one problem: make them remember who you are and how to reach you in three seconds. The 20 layouts below are already set out the way Teacher usually does it, with sample content in your industry's voice — edit and export.
Plain with a left bar Minimal whitespace
A short rule at the left anchors the name and everything else goes to whitespace; easiest to set when the name is short and the title long.

A vermilion seal pressed top right, a QR code bottom right, a vertical bar beside the serif name — for those who want the literary feel and “scan to save this card” at the same time.

The name set large in vertical columns on the right, title and company in small vertical columns on the left, one horizontal contact line at the foot — how a traditional calling card reads.
A true circular headshot slot on the left (an ID photo drops in already round), name and five contact items on the right — the version clinicians, teachers and consultants use most.

Portrait side-by-side bilingual Chinese + EnglishChinese + English
One Chinese line followed directly by its English line, three name pairs read down the card; contact details are set only once — phones and web addresses need no translation.
Portrait bilingual footer band Chinese + EnglishChinese + English
Chinese fills the whole upper block and English is kept in a pale band at the very bottom — the “Chinese-led, English for a glance” kind of card. The band’s opacity is 0.08: it only layers, it is not a backing (that set of rules is for text over photos).
Every phone, email and web address here is placeholder sample content — it will not connect or deliver. Replace them with your own and the card is ready.
4 wording tips for Teacher cards
Include subject and grade in the job title: “Junior-high maths · three classes” is remembered by parents far better than “teacher”.
The school line goes unanswered after classes end — leave one mobile that actually rings so parents do not call twice.
Write the school’s full legal name as it appears on the official seal; an abbreviated one will not match transfer paperwork or education-bureau forms.
Set the rank exactly as the review board awarded it (first-level teacher, senior teacher). “Veteran teacher” is a title nobody recognises.
Before you print
The finished card is 90×54mm, the file 96×60mm (3mm bleed all round), text 3mm from the trim line, bitmaps 300dpi. Full spec in the size and bleed reference。
